Upon booking M&S Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Provide a safe working environment for M&S Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners Employees, free of obstruction or danger, including but not limited to: zero aggressive behavior, aggressive animals, no biohazzardous material present within the property. 

2. Agree to pay the invoice provided within 24 hours of work completion.

3. Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours of notice or will be subjected to the minimum call-out charge of £60.

4. If the the booking party (you/customer) has a complaint regarding work undertaken following work completion, this must be raised within 48 hours of work completion in order to be seen/recognized as such. Complaints raised following 48 hours will be discredited due to, but not limited to: booking party human cause, environmental uncontrollable variables. 

5. M&S Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners cannot provide a legal refundable guarantee on work undertaken due to uncontrollable external variables once leaving the property.

6. We (M&S Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners) reserve the right to take legal action if any of the terms and conditions are breached.
