Comb Pile - Following the cleaning inspection, our technicians will comb the carpet pile. This procedure is necessary to separate and release matted pile. It also loosens the particulates and aids effective dust extraction.
Power Vacuum - Our powerful Sebo commercial vacuum cleaner will effectively extract the grit, dust & dry soil to prevent turning dust into muddy residue.
Stains & Pre-Spray Treatments - Prior to the main clean we ensure that we treat any deep staining with our specialised range of professional spotters. We then brush-in specially formulated pre-sprays to treat heavily soiled and greasy areas.
Deep Cleaning - As mentioned earlier, we now deep clean your carpet using our powerful and efficient hot extraction method.
Hand Clean - Carpet edges, stairs and other inaccessible areas are cleaned by hand using the appropriate cleaning accessories.
Satisfactory Completion - Whilst damp, the carpet pile is brushed and set, leaving it groomed and pleasing to the eye. All furniture is placed on small carpet protector blocks when back in position. A powerful dryer is then installed to dry your carpet within 1-2 hours.
